Heat is distributed throughout the house from a common gas boiler. Each apartment has its own water meter, electricity meter and heat meter, so you only pay for the energy you use.

The rent is  17,000 CZK

The deposit payments for energies and utilities 4,000 CZK.

Security deposit is 32,000 CZK.

Agency fee is 17,000 CZK.
