Part of our next project is a brand-new, fully equipped, modern, designer fitness a wellness center.
This complex is located within an apartment resort near the Mumlava waterfalls.
The fitness area is fully equipped with premium Hoist machines. It includes both strenght-trainning and cardio zone. This cardio zone can be separated by a sliding partition wall. For enthusiasts of other sports, there is also a squash court and table tennis facilities. The wellness zone features three saunas (Finnish, bio and steam), along with two indoor and one outdoor cooling pools. Naturally, there is also relaxing area with loungers. These two section are connected by a spacious designer reception area with seating.
A private fully equipped one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette (2+kk) and its own terrace is available directly within the building for a potential operator. Parking is provided by dedicated spaces located right infront of the building. In addition to the fitness and wellness center, there is also a space prepared for a snack bar, café, or similat business, which can be connected to the main premises if desired.
