You can find it in the enlarged city centre at Resslova street it is house n.o. 440, the building is a part of city monument zone.
It has been renovated in 2019 and gets its today´s form. Construction works increased building with originally two floors and with the gable roof for another three floors so know it builds on the neighboring development which was higher in the past. The original part of the house was renovated respectfully to its historical spirit on the other hand the new part is significantly different, builders smartly used facade elements like performer sheets to distinguish it. New modern maisonette apartments with the huge terraces oriented to the inner block were built in the highets floors.
Now there are eight new apartments in five floors with the dispozition of 2+kk, 3+kk, 4+kk with the size from 55 m2 to the 120m2.
