We are proudly present anothe houes in our management. This building is located ina a historical centre of the city in the archway on the Small square. It is a part of city monument reserve.
Originally it is a medieval building which has been rebuilted many times during its history. There was a renaissance modification which was covered by classicist modification other construction interventioc come from the 60´s of the 20th century. You can find an unique system of a Gothic cellars. Intereting is that there was born Rudolf Medek in the 1890 a legionary and writter.
The house acquired its current form thanks to the new landlord after the reconstruction which was finished in the 2021. All the inside areas and also the fasade and archway was renovated. We can find five new apartments about layouts 2+kk and 3+kk. Commercial spaces which is located on the ground floor was also totally rebuilt and today we have our beautifull office here. We shouldn´t forget to mention the garden which is located in the area of a original baroque walls, there is a barbque area which can be used by our tenants.
