It was bought by the current owners in 2021 and thank to their efforts, it inderwent a sensitive recontruction the following year, respecting the historical nature of the house and its surroundings. It is located right in the centre of the city, right below the Little Square.

We are proudly present anothe houes in our management. This building is located ina a historical centre of the city in the archway on the Small square. It is a part of city monument reserve.

We are proudly present two apartment buildings in the historical centre of Hradec Králové which we manage. Buildings are located on Tomkova street right next to Great square both are a part of a Hradec Králové municipal monument reserve.

The green house was built at the turn of the 19th and 20th century in the bark style and rebuilt in the classicism style. The orange house was built between 1900 and 1901 in the classicism style. 

These are the oldest apartment houses that we take care of, but thaht does not mean the apartments not provide a high-level standard of living. The overall and carefull reconstruction took place in the year 2020. All historical elements stays at their places and the apartments were rebuilt and newly furnished by the modern furniture and appliances. There are 4 apartments now.

These apartments provide high-standard living in the great area right in the historical heart of the city. All cafes and restaurants are located in the walking distance, but despite this Tokova street is really peacefull street.
